If so, CyberSift is looking for a dynamic and driven Solutions Architect to join our team and play a critical role in helping our clients secure their digital world.

The role is based in Malta.

Who You Are

Educational Background: University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Industry Experience: At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, with hands-on knowledge of security tools, protocols, and frameworks.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in areas such as SIEM, threat detection, vulnerability management, and endpoint security solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the knack for simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Problem-Solving: A proactive and creative approach to addressing client challenges.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Certifications: Industry certifications like CISSP, CEH, or equivalent are a plus.
Travel: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and presentations.

The position is remote, however, preference will be given to candidates based in Malta.

What You'll Do
As a Solutions Architect, you will be the technical backbone of the sales process, working closely with our sales team and clients to deliver tailored solutions that address unique cybersecurity challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs, conduct discovery sessions, and translate technical requirements into compelling solutions.
Technical Demonstrations: Showcase the capabilities of CyberSift’s platform through engaging product demos and proof-of-concept sessions that highlight its value and effectiveness.
Solution Design: Architect customized cybersecurity solutions by leveraging your expertise and understanding of client environments.
Thought Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights into industry trends, best practices, and emerging threats.
Proposal Development: Support the creation of technical documentation, RFP responses, and solution proposals.
Post-Sales Transition: Work closely with the implementation team to ensure a seamless handover of technical knowledge and client requirements.
