We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our sales function by managing renewals, coordinating licensing processes, maintaining sales documentation, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day sales operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
Prepare and manage renewal quotes for existing customers in a timely and accurate manner
Track upcoming renewals and proactively ensure deadlines are met
Liaise with account managers and customers to facilitate smooth renewal processes
Create, update, and manage quotes, orders, and sales documentation
Ensure all sales data is accurately maintained in CRM systems
Support contract administration, including documentation and filing
Act as a central point of coordination between sales, finance, and operations
Help maintain and improve sales processes and workflows
Ensure compliance with internal policies and commercial guidelines
Support reporting on sales activity, renewals, and pipeline where required
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an Administrative role is required, whilst experience in Sales and/or Sales Administration is desirable
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Suite
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience working in a technology or SaaS business is a plus
Strong stakeholder coordination skills
Proactive and self-managing
