Who You Are
Responsibilities:
Project Support: Provide comprehensive assistance to product managers and technical team in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring everyone is informed of project status, changes, and milestones.
Coordination: Coordinate project-related meetings, workshops, and conferences, including scheduling, agenda preparation, venue arrangements, and equipment setup.
Resource Allocation: Assist in resource planning and allocation, including coordinating with team members and department heads to ensure availability of necessary resources.
Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders and management.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on project deliverables to ensure they meet established standards and specifications.
Documentation Management: Create, maintain, and organize project/product documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, action items, and other relevant materials.
Reporting: Prepare and distribute timely and accurate project reports, including status updates, progress summaries, and financial data, as required.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate project management processes, tools, and methodologies, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced cybersecurity or technology industry.
Experience with Price2 and Scrum.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. A relevant certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills: demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication: exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented: keen attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all project documentation and reports are thorough and error-free.
Team player: proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Problem-solving skills: strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements.
Adaptability: flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities.
Software proficiency: proficient in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello. Knowledge of collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams or Slack is preferred.
Knowledge of project management methodologies: familiarity with project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
