As the Director of Operations at CyberSift, you will be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionise cybersecurity. This key leadership role requires a strategic and hands-on professional who can seamlessly connect our technical prowess, technical support functions, and sales to optimise overall business operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical acumen, operational excellence, and a proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's overall strategy.

• Provide strategic direction for operations, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Act as a bridge between the technical, technical support, and sales teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

• Work closely with the CTO, Head of Sales, and Technical Support leaders to align capabilities with market demands.

3. Operational Oversight:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

• Implement and optimise operational processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

4. Technical Support Functions:

• Lead and coordinate technical support functions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with technical support teams to address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

5. Sales Enablement:

• Develop strategies to enable the sales team, providing them with the tools and resources needed to drive revenue growth.

• Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

6. Performance Metrics:

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for technical, technical support, and sales operations.

• Implement data-driven decision-making processes to continually improve performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Director of Operations or in a similar executive leadership role within the cybersecurity industry.

• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of cybersecurity solutions and technologies.

• Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence and scaling businesses.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across functions.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

We develop products in the intersection between machine learning and IT security, a very interesting and evolving field.

We also provide security-related services to our customers, such as red-teaming and pentesting, phishing tests, and supplementing our customer's defence teams.
